Recognising & recovering

from burnout

Discovering your neurodivergence later in life brings massive clarity, but it often happens right when your system is hitting a wall. Years of unvoiced masking and sensory overload inevitably lead to a specific, heavy kind of neurodivergent burnout—leaving you exhausted and unable to function the way you used to.

If you are completely depleted, please know that you cannot simply push through this type of exhaustion.

Join our online meetup for late-diagnosed ND women as we shift the conversation toward validation, rest, and active burnout recovery. We will share lived experiences on surviving the workplace, dropped balls, and how to safely rebuild your life from scratch.
