Have you spent years trying to “fit in” at work

— masking, overperforming, filtering yourself and burning out —

in an attempt to get ahead or simply stay on track?

I know I did.

When you learn that you are neurodivergent (whether through clinical or self-diagnosis), so much of this unhealthy behaviour starts to make sense.

But we're exhausted and it is no longer a sustainable way to live.

This online meet up invites you to join other late diagnosed ND women for a conversation about navigating typical workplaces as a neurodivergent professional.

I will share my own lived experience and insights as I travel this same path as you. It is possible to step out of survival mode and explore what genuine and authentic career success can look like.
