Neurodivergence & menopause

When you learn that you are neurodivergent (whether through clinical or self-diagnosis), so much of this unhealthy behaviour starts to make sense.

But we're exhausted and it is no longer a sustainable way to live. The question of "disclosure" can become an all consuming topic.

Should I? Shouldn't I?

This online meet up invites you to join other late diagnosed ND women for a conversation about navigating typical workplaces as a neurodivergent professional.

This month, we will talk disclosing our neuro-profile - probably the good the bad and the ugly!
